As a general rule, the exercise ball should be large enough so that when you sit on it, your knees bend at a 90 degree angle. The 75 centimeter ball is recommended for people who are 6 feet tall or taller and the suggested weight limit is 300 pounds. The ball is not recommended for use with weight training routines.
