Candy Zombies by Tracy Blackwolf

 Hello everyone!! And Happy Halloween!!

I think my card is fitting for today...enjoy!

I stamped the background and then the zombies. I cut out the zombies and painted them. And then started on the background.

I left it to dry overnight because I really soaked the paper doing the background. I was so happy with it after it was dry that I didn't add anything to it- which is rare for me.
Next I added  some twigs to the base of the light post and added a bit of color to the post and light itself. I added some highlights with the white gel pen and added stars to the sky.
Next I mounted the card onto green and black stock and last added foam tape to the zombies and put them on the card. Lastly, I made the words on the computer and added them to the card for the finish.
The zombies want your candy... at least they dont want your brains....yet...

October.... by Tracy Blackwolf

Hello Everyone! Really feeling like fall now- loving it. Since were only a few days from October, my project reflects that. enjoy...

I stamped the whimsical turnup face first, using only the top - I left off the tail. I  then stamped the other pumpkins working my way out to the edges. Then I sprayed some distress stains in two colors and moved them around with the paint brush.

I painted the ground beneath them and then moved on to painting the pumpkins. I painted my own grass and then stamped the twigs. I made my own large stem and last added some black clouds to finish the sky.
I used some TH stickers for the words and mounted the card on to two different colors of card stock.
I really soaked this card with paints/inks. This cardstock is my go to for most all of stamping as it can take what i dish out. Mixed media heavy stock.
Hope you enjoyed this project. Happy Fall!!

Spooky by Tracy Blackwolf

 Hello everyone!

Fall is in the air! Hope you enjoy my card today!

For this card, I stamped the jar on printable glow in the dark vinyl with versaclaire nocturne. It dries really fast. Then I stamped the three different spiders and cut it out and set it aside.

Then  I stamped the girl and painted her.
you can see I splattered some paint on the card on accident so I just decided to make lots of splatters to add to the design.
I painted the background, added splatters and stamped the word spooky.  I colored green in her eyes and added foam tape to the jar and placed on card.
This glow vinyl glows really good!

That's a wrap for this fun card!

Enough..... by Tracy Blackwolf

 Hello everyone,

I'm sure many of have heard in the media of the two great losses we have had this week. Two very beautiful humans . My blog project today is related to those loses.

I stamped the grim reaper first. then I was going to spray some water on the card before painting the reaper. well I grabbed the bottle and sprayed and oops! I had grabbed the black spray stain instead. I quick grabbed the water and sprayed that and then blotted everything with paper towel. Not my plan but actually turned out good so it worked for the card.Whew.

Then I took a black sharpie marker and colored in his skull face. I wanted the all black reaper look.  I used the black spray stain and watered it down a bit and painted the rest of him. I used a silver sparkle gel pen for the blade. I used a white gel pen to color in his hand and add highlights  to him and the girl.
I painted the girl and dried her then used foam tape on the back. I used my computer for the phrase, inked it and used foam tape for that as well.
A perfect card for today I think.

Go ahead dear, try me.... by Tracy Blackwolf

 Hello everyone!

Hope all is well- please enjoy the art tag for my project today-

To start this tag, I used a large make up brush to apply several colors of pan pastels for the whole background.
I then stamped the beautiful witch/ fairy once on the tag and again on cardstock. I didn't  want to have to cut out around the tiny stars on the crown...
I stamped the Christmas ball on a bit of mylar plastic wrap for the iridescence to look like a bubble.

Then I used a stencil to make more bubbles on the tag using a white gel pen and then colored them on edges with colored pencils. also, you can see how much of her crown I left on the layer girl.
I painted the layer girl with distress spray stains and then got to work gluing on all the holographic stars.
Once that was done, I glued her onto the tag. Before gluing her down, I glued the mylar bubble on the tag.
I used a sparkle gel pen to color her crown, staff and necklace. Then I just needed to make the phrase on transparency on the computer. I used clear tape to stick those pieces down.

And that is it! Was A fun tag to make.

0Stamps used:
Christmas ball    9234
Beautiful witch/ fairy   10666

Other supplies:
Tag
Pan pastels
Sparkle gel pen
White gel pen

Good afternoon, Cathy here with a card for you today.

                                                          20146 rose bush

                                                         19932 bird cage

                                                           20137 bee

I started out by stamping the rose all over the background. I used brown distress oxide ink, I also edged the card base with the same color.

Next, I stamped the bee in peacock feathers distress oxide ink.

I then stamped the bird cage on coffee dyed index card and trimmed down to add the center of the card. I then took a tag that had some stenciling on it added to the side and added the flower piece on top.
