1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing termlimits.com, subscribing to our communications, or providing your mobile number, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or opt in to our messaging program.
2. SMS/Text Messaging Program

3. Donations
U.S. Term Limits, Inc. is a federally recognized 501(c)(4) nonprofit advocacy organization. Contributions or gifts to U.S. Term Limits, Inc. are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Donations are used to advance our mission of enacting congressional term limits.

All content on termlimits.com, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of U.S. Term Limits and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.
5. Opting Out of SMS
