Hi there!

First of all: Thank you very much for nsDialogs. Great work!

I added a few things:

- Added password control
- Added GetState-Macro for getting CheckBox and RadioButton-states
- Added NSD_SetFocus-macro, sets focus to a control
- Added NSD_FormatBold, formats something to bold
- Added additional code to synchronise CheckBox and RadioButton states to the ini file

Readme.html updated as well.

Have a nice day!

Cheers

Bruno

Finally a nsDialogs patch. I've been waiting for this for a long time. Thanks for stepping up.

I've applied everything but the bold macro. It doesn't strike me as the place to have this. It also encourages the creation of many duplicate font handles.
