If RegDLL isn't used in the script and a plug-in call
fails, the details window will show only the plug-in
path. For example, assuming a plug-in named plug.dll
can't be loaded because of a missing dependency, the
details window will show:
C:\Temp\ns1234.tmp\plug.dll
instead of:
Could not load: C:\Temp\ns1234.tmp\plug.dll
This happens because TOK__PLUGINCOMMAND's handler
doesn't declare it needs the error strings in the
installer with DefineInnerLangString.
If RegDLL is used, it'll declare it needs those strings
and so the plug-in code won't have a problem.
