Justin had his First Communion today. We appreciate all of the family and friends who came out for this blessed event in Justin's life. No school tomorrow so we plan on going out and hitting some tennis balls before it gets too cold.

School, Football, Cookout, More Football
Just an update.
Justin is doing very well in school and he was excited to see all of his friends again after the long summer. Last weekend his football team won 7-6 in a very tough defensive game. We just got back from his game today, which they won 20-18. Justin had a 52 yard run in the game, as well as a forced fumble. The whole family was at today's game. His team is now 3-0!
We are having a family cookout today. Lots of good food and fun. Putting up the volleyball net now. Tomorrow Justin will be going to his first ever NFL football game. Very exciting!

Justin's first football game was on Saturday. His team played great and won 18-6. Justin had a 22 yard touchdown run and several nice tackles.

Justin this weekend
Justin's first football scrimmage is in a couple of hours. After that it will be back to school shopping for his first day of 2nd grade on Monday.

Exciting news
We are heading off to 'lil Justin's football practice right now. We found out from his coach last night that he will be splitting time at QB with another boy on his team. Very exciting!

Pictures of Justin playing baseball
Here are a couple of pictures of Justin playing baseball. He mainly plays catcher. He is one of the few kids at his age who isn't afraid to get his body in front of the ball. This was his first year playing machine pitch. It won't be until he plays 10u that he will be catching from actual pitchers.

Justin will be playing midget football this fall. This will be his first year playing organized football. He will mostly likely be playing linebacker on defense and running back on offense. We will post some pics of his first game which will take place on September 5th.
