In what I've just sent,  a couple of comments are missing their NB. at 
the very beginning
of my definitions:

NB. Prepare all 24 general 3x3 rotation matrices
mm =: +/ . *    NB. matrix multiply
I3 =: =i.3      NB. 3x3 identity matrix

It seems to load ok with this corrected.
