[Jprogramming] Using 13 in verb gives strange result

I get this both in 8.07 and 9.01 under Windows 7:
   ABSx=: 3 : '(%. (%: y*y))*y*y' "0
   ABSx _2 0 2
2 0 2
   ABSt=: 13 : '(%. (%: y*y))*y*y' "0
   ABSt _2 0 2
2 0 2
