[Jprogramming] Flushing Screen Output

I'm using jqt64, and I have a function that takes a fairly long time
to run, and prints out its progress to the screen at regular intervals
using (1!:2)&2.

Unfortunately, all the output comes out when the function finishes, as
opposed to the desired behavior of showing progress as it happens.

If there something in J that will do the equivalent of an fflush?
