[Jprogramming] New dissect features

It seems (at least right now, at 8:15 GMT) that
www.jsoftware.com/wiki is down,
so www.jsoftware.com/wiki/NuVoc doesn't work for you,
whereas the vocab link is served locally,  ie
j803/addons/docs/help/dictionary/vocabul.htm
