Right. My point is that when a tacit definition is not found, 13 : n
is equivalent to 4 : n when 'x' is in the body. The documentation
states that 13 : n will produce a "tacit verb if possible, otherwise
equivalent to 3 : n" (no mention of 4 : n).

Here's an example of the sort of case I'm discussing (borrowed from Henry Rich),

   13 : '+:^:x y'
4 : '+:^:x y'
