[Jprogramming] 32- & 64-bit PRNGs

Thank you to everyone fo their suggestions on generating pseudorandom
sequences identical for J32 & J64, also sorry for the delay in responding,
and for the initial (near-)duplicate posts!

I'm now using gb-flip as implemented & posted by Roger,
