[Jprogramming] 13!: and j.dll

The default error reporting you get when you use j.dll from elsewhere
seems poor, to me.  I get no information about where the error
happened, which is only useful for trivial code.

But, in principle, the 13!: suite can give me all sorts of information
about errors.

Has anyone implemented any support for meaningful error messages in
