[Jprogramming] running felidae1

One has to run the 'build.ijs' first, then 'run.ijs'. Anyways I'm unsure
it will work in jhs. Try jconsole or gtkide as the working environment for
gtk programs. Please refer to the jwiki page mentioned inside the addon's
manifest.
