This problem is due to j601c's removal of composition with gerunds.    
The definition of the adverb  Each_jweb_  needs to change from:

	   Each =:  (<@) (@>)

to:

	   A    =:  ((,'@') <@; <)@,"0            NB.  Due to Hui
	   Each =:  1 : '( ({. box) A m) A {: box =. <`>'

(That makes me shudder.)

If you don't want to wait for the (presumable) fix in the next  
release, you can make it immediately.  Just

	   load '~Packages\publish\web.ijs'
	   edit'Each_jweb_'

And change the select line (#257) as indicated.
