I can reproduce the crash here and I will fix it for the
next J 6.01 beta. Thanks.
A simpler demonstration of the problem:
-.&(3$<'a') 200 3$<'b'

Subject: [Jprogramming] Segmentation fault when using -.
I realize that using -. as shown below may not be the
right way of removing rows of empty boxes, but did not
expect a core dump.
((9!:12) ; (9!:14)) ]''
+-+---------------------+
|5|j504/2005-03-30/13:35|
+-+---------------------+
-.&(3#a:) 3]\ (;/ 'abcdefghijkl'), (4 # a:), ;/ i.
10
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
On Windows, the following similar command generates an
exception.
-.&(3#a:) 3]\ (;/ a.), (4 # a:), ;/ i. 10
Is this a known issue?
Thx, -sashi.
P.S:
(#~ [: +./"1 ~:&a:) 3]\ (;/ 'abcdefghijkl'), (4 # a:),
;/ i. 10
works as expected.
