最近的天气不知是怎么了，又是大风又是暴雨。上个星期四，PJ 区面临了一场巨大的暴风雨。这一场暴风雨打断了很多路边的树，也把有些屋子的屋顶给吹走了。你一定觉得很夸张吧？但是这可是千真万确的事。接下来的几天还是下很大的雨，但还好没有吹像那天可怕的暴风。今天新闻报告说飓风“桑迪”登陆了美国东海岸。这一场飓风严重影响民众的生活，而且也夺走了几条人命。另一边， 台风“山神”也登陆了中国广西。哎。。。。我希望这些灾难快快的远离我们的地球 。。。。

我个人蛮喜欢吃辣的，所以今天就煮了叁巴鱼。也因为我吃厌了普通的蒸鱼，所以就把那块鲜鱼煮成叁巴鱼。方法很简单，只要炒香洋葱，然后放些已磨好的叁巴，加些盐和水，最后再放入鱼块煮一煮就可以了。这样的煮法，我和老公都喜欢！

这几天的假期，我一口气看完了大型的跨国歌唱比赛秀，《声动亚洲》。这个歌唱比赛的参赛者有来自中国，台湾，韩国，泰国，印度，新加坡，日本和当然还有来自我国，马来西亚。每一场比赛，有赢必也有输。在看总决赛的时候，当出局的选手要离开舞台的时候；说了他们最后的感想，我感动的流泪了。我 。。。。 就是这么浅眼的女人，眼泪非常容易的掉。

马来西亚的代表，Shila 成功在这个比赛取下了很好的成绩。她以一首中文歌曲《征服》把所有的评审和观众给征服了，夺下了《声动亚洲》的总冠军。其实对我来说，每一位参赛者都是最棒的。他们每一位都是热爱音乐的人、追随他们梦想的人、把他们最美好的声音呈现在舞台上。啊。。。真是太好看，太棒了！

昨天打算要去探望一位朋友，所以我就亲手做了些蛋糕给她。本来打算要做最普通的云石牛油蛋糕，但是因为厨房没有了可可粉，所以我就大胆的把食谱改一改，用了班兰香精。做到一半才发现鸡蛋只剩下一粒，但我是需要两粒鸡蛋。结果我就跟邻居借了一粒鸡蛋。后来又发现我的自发面粉也完了，哎哟 。。。。怎么那么的倒楣啊？！

没有自发面粉，那我唯有再把食谱改一改。我用了普通面粉+发粉+盐来代替。还好烤出来的蛋糕还算成功。蛋糕很松软，味道也不错。很高兴朋友和她老公都爱这蛋糕，他们还赞，说好吃。嘻 。。。。 谢谢你们的好评哦！

相信如果你是有看过《犀利人妻》这部电视剧，你一定会像我一样对这部《犀利人妻最終回：幸福男。不難》非常的期待吧？当我知道这部电影会在马来西亚上映，我就非常的期待和高兴，好想知道这位漂亮的女主角，谢安真的最終选择会是谁 。。。 会是曾经伤害过她很深的前夫温瑞凡；还是另一位曾经在她被伤害最深的时候，无条件帮过她和让她重新站起来的蓝天尉呢？

这个月我去戏院的次数特别多。非常幸运的又再次拿到了免费的戏票而这一次是看《Paranomal Activity 4》的首映。比起上一集，这一集没有那么恐怖，也没那么精彩，反而我还觉得它有点闷耶。如果不是因为免费的，我看我也不会花钱去戏院看这部电影。

On a rainy night, I specially prepare something soupy as our dinner. Make myself the dumplings a.k.a "Sui Kow" from marinade the meats to wrap it up and finally put one by one of it into the pot of the boiling broth. Feel  warm and satisfy with my dinner for tonight ....

Raining .... raining .... and raining. It was a rainy day for the pass few days and the cool weather give me a good sleep during the night. Wake up this morning with a sunny day and I know it will surely be a good day ahead. A good day start with a good breakfast!

The combination of mashed potato, spring onions and cheese in making is pancake is really not too bad. Lovely yummy pancake to be served with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice.

Another new comers of Taiwanese bubble tea at SS2 area and it is U Cha! Just like other players, U Cha also having few series in their menu and it include of Milk Tea series, Brewed Tea series, Fruit Juice series, Special Fruit Tea series and Yakult & Yogurt series.

I was there in thinking to give it a try and at the same time, I am having a voucher of 2 large tea @ RM 6.90 only. 2 choices of drink, so I choose for Paddy Fragrance Milk Tea and Passion Fruit Yakult.


Paddy Fragrance Milk Tea has a unique flavour in it and it tasted quite good. Passion Fruit Yakult is just simply superb. I never thought that it will be so good and I just loving it!

Visited cinema again yesterday and this time is for the movie premier screening of "Ruby Sparks". A story about a novelist who wake up in the next morning with a lady, his female character creation in the novel living in his house. Everything seems to be so real and he then fall in love with her.

This movie seems to be boring when started but it then get interesting when we watch further. It is not too bad at all .....

It have been some times since I last eat Bak Kut Teh. We were craving for it and since it was a raining day ..... so .... lets eat Bak Kut Teh!!

Yeoh's Bak Kut Teh located at Uptown Damansara Utama was our choice and of course the reason for us to dine here definitely is due to the discounted voucher that we have on hand.

The rice was being served in a plate instead of bowl and we have to use fork & spoon instead of using chopstick. It's weird isn't it? Hmm .... I still prefer to use bowl instead of plate.


The Bak Kut Teh is being served in a medium pot size and it include of spare ribs, pork belly, bean curd stick, button mushroom and "tau pok" in it. Well, it was just tasted average and nothing to shout about it. Also, we can't find pork stomach and intestine in it as well. Perhaps, it was due to using the discounted voucher >.<""



A plate of Stir-Fry yam beans ..... Tasted so-so as well ....


The meal cost us RM 20 instead of RM 33.40 by using the discounted voucher. Re-visit .... will not as it is not the type of my preferred Bak Kut Teh.

Hubby still insisted to give me a birthday meal treat despite after spending a large sum of money for my birthday pressie. That is very sweet of him. I feel like want to have some Korean food so here we go, dining at Restaurant Dubu Dubu Seoul Food @ One Utama Mall.

Dubu Dubu is a new Korean restaurant opened at One Utama Mall recently and its chic name, decoration and menu attracted me to give it a try. By looking at the menu, this place actually served set meal/ ala-carte meal and most importantly, the price is quite reasonable as well.


Hubby goes for a Dubu Dubu Chicken Bibimbap Set @ RM 16.90. The set comes with three Korean banchans, a bowl of soup and healthy purple brown rice. The portion is quite big and of course, it tasted good!




I love Kimchi Jjigae (soup) and that make me couldn't resist for their Soon Dubu Kimchi Jjigae with Chicken set  @ RM 14.90. The soup is spicy but very flavorful. Served piping hot in a Korean hot stone bowl, it comes with many silken pieces of tofu, chicken pieces and vegetable in it. I truly enjoyed every sip of it





Overall, we have a good dining experience at Dubu Dubu. It will surely be in my list whenever I think of having Korean food :)

Sizzling StoneGrill restaurant served raw meats and seafood on the high temperature hot stone and you will have to grill it till cooked by yourselves. Apart from this, they also served salads, soup, noodle soup on the rock/stone and spaghetti as well.


The food are nice and all of us having fun "cooking/ grilling" our own food. A very warm birthday dinner with my family ^^

昨晚拿到了两张《男人如衣服》首映礼的戏票。对于这部电影，我没有很大的期望，只希望它不是一部无厘头的电影。还好，这部电影还不错。它是一部喜剧，让我和老公看得开怀大笑。如果你也想放松心情，好好的笑一场，那就去看看这部电影吧！
