How Tilt Tray Transport Works

Tilt trays use a hydraulic tray that tilts to ground level, allowing machinery or vehicles to be winched safely onto the truck.

• Eliminates risky manoeuvring
• Protects damaged or non-running vehicles
• Prevents mechanical strain (no dragging or lifting)
• Ensures stable, secure transport
• Allows loading in tight or uneven locations

THS operators follow strict loading and securing procedures to ensure safe transport from start to finish.

When Tilt Tray Transport Is the Best Option

Tilt trays are ideal when:

• Machinery cannot be lifted by crane
• Vehicles are damaged, immobilised, or unsafe to tow
• Containers need to be moved from tight or restricted areas
• Heavy equipment must be loaded safely without manual handling risks
• You require fast, reliable transport with minimal setup time

Tilt trays are often the most cost-effective solution due to their speed, flexibility, and reduced risk of damage.
